Outlook Web Access is a feature of the Microsoft Office suite of programs that allows users to access their Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes using their preferred Web browser. If you travel frequently for business, Outlook Web Access provides a simple and confidential way to access your mailboxes. The contacts associated with your Outlook Web Access account can be saved and exported for use in many other applications.

Open Outlook Web Access. Unless you have created a Desktop shortcut to the program, it will be located in the Microsoft Office directory folder.

Locate your 'Contacts' folder from the left column of the software's interface. Click and drag your cursor to select all of the contacts you wish to export.

Click the 'Edit' tab from the top menu bar and select 'Copy' to copy all of the contacts to your clipboard.

Open a text file in a word processing program such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. Select 'Edit' and choose 'Paste' to paste your contacts into the document.

Perform any necessary formatting of your contacts once they have been pasted. If you have many contacts, your document may be several pages long and spacing may become inaccurate.

Click 'File' and select 'Save As.' Select a destination to save your contacts and select 'Save' or 'OK.' Your contacts are now ready to be shared, saved to a disc or imported into another application.
